Samurai Limbo is a one-step crash game. You choose a target multiplier before the round, the server reveals where the round "crashes", and you win your target if the crash point is at or above it. There is no cashing out mid-round and nothing to react to, which makes it easy to analyse.
The formula
The crash point comes from the round hash. Take the first 8 hex digits of the hash as a number h, then:
crash = max(1.00, floor(2³² × 0.99 ÷ (h + 1)))
The 0.99 is the house edge baked in. The practical consequence is a very clean rule:
P(crash ≥ t) ≈ 0.99 ÷ t
| Target | Win chance | Payout |
|---|---|---|
| 1.10× | 90.0% | 1.10× |
| 2.00× | 49.5% | 2.00× |
| 5.00× | 19.8% | 5.00× |
| 10× | 9.9% | 10× |
| 100× | 0.99% | 100× |
| 1000× | 0.099% | 1000× |
Multiply win chance by payout and you get 0.99 every time. RTP is 99% at every target, so, like Dice, the target is a variance dial and nothing else.
Reading the variance
A 2× target loses half the time and behaves like a coin flip with slightly worse streak math. A 100× target loses 99 rounds out of 100 and a losing run of 300 rounds is not rare. If you like high targets, size the stake so that 500 straight losses would still leave you playing, or accept that the session is a lottery ticket and stake accordingly.
Autobet through the concierge is a good fit for Limbo because the strategy is static: fixed target, fixed stake, hard stop-loss. Progressions that raise the stake after losses are especially dangerous here because losing streaks are long by design at high targets.
Limits
The client accepts targets from 1.01× to 1000×. The server does not cap the multiplier itself; what caps your win is the per-coin maximum profit, shown after login along with the minimum and maximum bet. Zero-amount rounds work and are the right way to watch the distribution for a while before staking anything.
Verifying a round
The round hash is shown inline. Apply the formula above to the first 8 hex digits and you get the crash point that was paid. Rotate your client seed from the fairness panel whenever you like.
