Umma's Hand Kalguksu in Yongin - went late so there was no wait. Still one of the top 3 restaurants in Yongin. The noodles are insane
The broth seems to be a mix of chicken and beef bone. They give you both freshly made kimchi and aged kimchi - both taste great^^
